Our Story

Italian roots. International perspective. Since 1995.

Some agencies are born to create communication. Others are born to build a reputation. TMedia belongs to the second category.

Our story takes root in 1995, in Milan, when our founding partner embarked on a professional journey in marketing and strategic consulting. From the very beginning, he collaborated with major corporations and multinational companies, operating in high-complexity, high-stakes environments, among financial institutions, banking groups, industrial companies, and global players in the energy and fuels sectors. This experience shaped an approach grounded in rigorous analysis, structured methodology, and long-term strategic vision.

In 2004, this journey evolved into the agency we know today as TMedia. The arrival of a second founding partner led to the opening of our Bergamo office and transformed the firm into a fully integrated communication agency, one that seamlessly combines strategy, brand identity, creativity, and production under a unified operational model.

During this phase, TMedia also strengthened its presence in the editorial world. We launched two online publications: one dedicated to cinema, the other to luxury and lifestyle. These projects anticipated a principle that is now central to contemporary communication: brands should not merely communicate; they must create content, authority, and community.

At the same time, our international expansion took shape. Starting in the early 2000s, TMedia developed projects and partnerships across various European and global markets including Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, China, the United States, and the United Kingdom culminating in the opening of our London office in 2014.

This was a natural step for an agency that has always operated with a global outlook while preserving strong local operational capabilities.

Today, TMedia is a strategic communication partner working with clients throughout Italy from Rome and Florence to Palermo, Genoa, Rimini, Bologna, Verona, Brescia, and Turin while keeping Milan, Bergamo, and Lombardy as our strategic and operational stronghold.
